Driven by  vision of making the future of coming generations environmentally sound and sustainable, we have a Board of Trustees consisting of persons of stature with vast experience in environmental sciences, education, human resource management, engineering, agriculture, administration and finance. The Board of Trustees comprises of four members and is headed by the Director thereby ensuring dynamic leadership in our endeavors.

Mrs Tripat Parmar

    Mrs Tripat Parmar holds a Masters degree in Environmental Sciences, a Masters degree in Business Administration (Human Resource Development) along with a Bachelors degree in Education. An accomplished administrator, she was the founder Principal of Aatma Public School at B D Bari (Jammu) where she introduced a balanced curriculum for overall development of the students.

     Well versed with languages, she has initiated a number of environment related campaigns in the country. She has worked tirelessly over the years to carry the message of Environmental Care, Protection and Natural Resource Conservation to the masses, specially the children. A prolific writer, she is the editor of DEEKSHA - The Complete Environment Magazine. She has co-authored the 24 volume International Encyclopedia of Ecology & Environment. 

    In recognition of her efforts and her contribution to preserve the environment, she has been awarded the prestigious "Mahila Shiromani Puruskar". 

Dr (Prof) P R Trivedi  

            Dr (Prof) P R Trivedi, is an institutional builder and is the President of the World Institution Building Programme (WIBP), Chancellor, Global Open University, Chairman, Indian Institute of  Ecology and Enviroment (IIEE). A visionary and a renowned environmental author, he has authored and edited a twenty five volume encyclopedia on environment besides many other books.

Dr M L Dewan  

     Dr.  Madan  Lal  Dewan is a   Soil  Scientist  and  Watershed   Management  Expert. He  started  work  on  soil  conservation  in  the  Damodar  Valley  during  1949-52.  He  had  a  distinguished  career  as  an  International   Civil  Servant  with  the  Food  and  Agriculture  Organization  of  United   Nations  for   over  three decades (1953-83).  Later as  Chief of  the  FAO  Regional  Bureau  for  Asia  and  the  Pacific,  had  the  privilege  to  serve  Asian  countries  including  India. 

      He  has  written  extensively  about  the  Himalayas.   He was  a  member  of  the  National  Land  Use  and  Conservation  Board of  the Government  of  India  for three years and  a  visiting  Professor  at  Centre  for  Policy  Research, New Delhi, for five years.

     Dr.  Dewan  has  done  Research, Development  and  Promotion of  Trees, Medicinal  &  Aromatic  Plants, Watershed  Management and  Horticulture. He is also the  advisor  R & D,   Ministry of Non Conventional Energy Resources,   Government Of India and has been an Advisor to the Ministry  of  Environment   &  Forestry,  Government Of India.  

Wg Cdr (Retd) S S Tuteja

       Wg Cdr (Retd) S S Tuteja, a retired Indian Air Force officer is a telecommunication engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers. Widely traveled with tremendous administrative experience, he was the Indian team leader of the UN mission for reconstruction work in Angola where he oversaw restoration of civic amenities in the country. He is presently heading Elmech Engineering, New Delhi and is the chief advisor to INFRAGRO Industries ltd, New Delhi.
